Sample Requirements:Plasma, ≥1 mL (0.5 mL minimum) from heparinized blood (green top tube) supernatant from clinical centrifugation (within 20 minutes) promptly frozen and shipped frozen (packed with dry ice). Note: PROTECT FROM LIGHT
Muscle, ≥30 milligrams muscle, rapidly frozen/stored at -70°C, shipped frozen (packed with dry ice). Note: no paraffin embedded tissue.
